Terms of Service
Last updated July 28, 2026
1. Who we are, and what these terms do
This website is operated by AddGoodFoods, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Add Good Foods," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here, with the date above, is the one in effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
2. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to give us accurate order, shipping, and contact information and to keep it current: we ship to what you type. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security, to transmit anything malicious, or to scrape or copy it wholesale.
3. Our products: food and allergen information
Everything we sell is food, sold for personal consumption. Our mixes contain tree nuts (walnuts) along with seeds including pumpkin seeds, chia, flax, and hemp hearts, and everything we make is handled in the same kitchen. If you have a nut or seed allergy, please don't order. No production process makes shared equipment safe enough to promise otherwise.
Always read the label on the package you receive; it is the authoritative ingredient and nutrition statement. Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice. Our products are ordinary food, not treatment for any condition. Talk to your doctor about your diet, not to us.
Products are subject to availability. We do our best to photograph and describe them honestly, but we don't guarantee your screen renders colors exactly, and we may change or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We may refuse or cancel any order (including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or quantity limits), and if we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
5. Subscriptions
A subscription bills monthly to your saved payment method and ships each cycle. You can pause, resume, or cancel at any time from your account page; sign in with the email link on our login page, no password needed.
Here is our posture, plainly: if you cancel or pause before that cycle's box has shipped, we honor it completely: the cycle is refunded and the box doesn't ship. If the box has already shipped, the cancellation or pause takes effect from the next cycle, and the shipped box is yours; if something is wrong with it, email us and we'll talk it through like people.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States, from St. Petersburg, Florida. Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in the cart ship free; below it, the rate quoted at checkout applies. We'll email you tracking when your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you on our delivery to the carrier, but if a package goes missing or arrives damaged, email us. We don't leave you alone with the carrier.
7. Returns and problems
Because our products are food, we can't take them back and restock them. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or otherwise not right, email orders@addgoodfoods.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes apply to product subtotals, never shipping; one code per order. Codes may carry date windows and redemption limits, and we may modify or end a code or promotion at any time. Codes have no cash value.
9. Our content, your feedback
The content of this site (text, photographs, recipes, design) belongs to AddGoodFoods, LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission. If you send us feedback, ideas, or reviews, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation, and that they contain nothing unlawful or belonging to someone else.
10. Third-party services
Parts of the experience run on third parties: payment by Stripe, shipping by the carriers, email delivery by our mail provider. We choose them carefully, but their services are theirs, and links from our site to other sites are provided as a convenience, not an endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
11. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site and its content are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be disclaimed. To the maximum extent the law allows, AddGoodFoods, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AddGoodFoods, LLC and its members and employees against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us informally (and we genuinely prefer informally: email us first) will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
14. The boring but necessary parts
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the site and supersede prior versions. We may suspend or terminate site access for violations of these terms; obligations that by their nature survive termination survive it.
