FORMULATED BY A REGISTERED DIETITIAN
Simple, whole food add-ins that make whatever you already eat a little better. Small additions, real nourishment.
Our first product, "Seeds of Greatness" is a nutrient-dense blend of organic pumpkin seeds, organic walnuts, organic chia seeds, organic hemp hearts, and organic flaxseed. It is built around the fiber your gut depends on, plus plant protein, ALA omega-3, and minerals like magnesium, iron, and zinc.
Grab a single serving on your way out or keep the big bag at home. Stir it into yogurt, blend it into a smoothie, or add it to whatever's already on your plate.
Order NowEvery ingredient is carefully selected. Here is what science says about each one:
A crunchy, nutty source of magnesium, iron, zinc, healthy fats, and plant protein. They add delicious flavor, satisfying texture, and nourishing nutrients to every serving
Healthy fats, plant protein, and polyphenols. The only tree nut with a meaningful amount of ALA omega-3. Their rich flavor makes them a satisfying addition.
Tiny but powerful seeds, exceptionally high in fiber and a source of ALA omega-3. Their soluble fiber absorbs several times its weight in liquid, forming a gel that your gut bacteria ferment, while adding chia's signature texture and a lasting sense of fullness.
A plant protein with all nine essential amino acids. It also brings magnesium, iron, and a balanced mix of omega-3 and omega-6 fats. Including GLA, an uncommon fat that most seeds don't provide.
Provides both soluble and insoluble fiber to support regularity and healthy digestion. It is one of the richest dietary sources of lignans, a plant compound, and also a strong plant source of ALA omega-3.
Each of these ingredients is good on its own. Together, in the right proportions, they complement each other, filling in the nutrients that no single seed or nut covers alone.
It works because it fits into what you already eat. No new routine required.
Stir into yogurt with berries.

The Person Behind the Product
I'm a Registered Dietitian, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner, and mom. Everything I've learned, in practice and at home, points to the same thing: people stick with nutrition changes that add to their lives, not ones that take away. Add Good Foods is built around that idea.
Seeds of Greatness was the first thing I formulated, and the first I shared with friends. Two years later, many people who tried it are still eating it. Add Good Foods is how I'm making it available to everyone else.
